At BY TERRY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your luxury beauty products, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in the shipping box along with your completed returns form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
